Classes are a medium for which we can connect: to ourselves, to each other, to the natural cycles of life, to that basic intrinsic nature of goodness. We can remember who we are when we come out of the noise and haste. We come together, breathe, explore the phenomenon of our bodies, laugh, cry, at times feel as though we just might die, and then aaaah recover. You don’t have to be anything other than who you are this very moment. You are who you’ve been looking for. In this moment, just as you are, you are perfect. We invite you. Come inside and make yourself at home.

A few tips to enhance your experience:

  1. be on time, if you arrive late enter the studio quietly, if meditation is in progress wait to get settled. Sometimes we are late, that’s life, you are always welcome, take a deep breath and know that how you enter class is all part of the practice.
  2. come to class clean sans perfume.
  3. drink plenty of water before you come to class, and then drink a bunch more after.
  4. leave your cell phone behind, it can wait. if for some reason it is absolutely necessary ie: Dr. on-call, clear it with the teacher
  5. consideration and kindness is what we remember, what would it take to breathe into this moment, now, and this moment, and this one.........you get the idea.
